Morle talks about the vulnerability of the human race.
It is divided into two parallel plots: The first is the story of a young woman. Lost, she tells us sarcastically the steps she has taken to get where she is now, and her confusion with everything and everyone that surrounds her. What does freedom actually mean?
The second one tints the previous plot of what Morle is. It explores human relationships in its essence, and express a multitude of situations including themes from loneliness or disconnection, to sexual orientation or judgement starting from birth and following the path of the complex journey of life.
Both stories, intertwined between each other, create a visual and dynamic performance full of social criticism in which the limitations, restlessness, wishes, sins, doubts and frustrations of each and every one of us will bubble up and gaze right in our eyes.
Morle was shown on the 7th, 8th, 14th and 16th of September 2017 in Barcelona, with two more extended runs on the 17th and 18th. It was performed in the studio of the AMTH Barcelona.
